My elderly mother hasn’t had the best service, even replaced the chair and still got it wrong, it’s not a cheap purchase so she’s really upset and now they want more money to fix the issue! Solicitors here we come!!!
A pleasure to deal with HSL Lichfield. Nick was so helpful and aware of our needs. Craig and Mark who delivered the suite were really kind and moved our old suite to the garage. This was much appreciated as we are in our eighties. Don't want to get out of my chair now. It is so comfortable. Thank you all at HSL
My wife and I visited the store in Litchfield on Sunday 04-05-2025 and we were allowed to walk around and look at and try a number of pieces of furniture for the comfort experience. The lady who was there was very helpful and eventually we decided to buy the Modena N8625 two seater power leg sofa which we found was ideal for our requirements, even better there was a 20% discount on this particular item which made the afternoon even better. I have no hesitation in recommending HSL based on our experience with your helpful staff and the quality of the products you have to offer. Thank you
