recently visited Screwfix in Chesham and had an outstanding experience. The service was excellent from start to finish, but what really stood out were two exceptional members of staff — the manager Adam and his colleague Gill. Both were friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to be helpful, making the whole visit smooth and genuinely pleasant. They are an absolute credit to Screwfix, and the level of customer service they provide truly makes me want to come back as often as I can. It’s refreshing to see a team that clearly cares about customers and takes real pride in their work. Highly recommended.
