After using it for the past seven or so years, I no longer have any use for my Storage Container.I take this opportunity to publicly express my complete satisfaction with the service I have received over the years and with the facility itself. Additionally, I should also like to express my personal thanks to Sabina for her kind assistance and cooperation from the outset.I can thoroughly recommend Grantham Self Store.
Great facility’s well secured, areas are well maintained and modern looking. Easy to get around the storage facility lots of trolleys to help with loading unloading. Office staff very helpful and none rushed👍 Keep up great work
We were moving to Grantham from Leicestershire and the house move was not easy with so many things going wrong with solicitors, 3failed completion dates, houses going back on the market and finding removals last minute as our previous ones weren’t available. It was a very stressful move but Sabine was an angel. 3 hours before cut off for the removals to take our belongings back to Leicester we booked a storage unit and Sabine was so understanding of our situation. She said we probably won’t need it but we wanted to have a back up option just incase things didn’t work out on moving day. Sabine let us have a unit for 24 hours free of charge. If we had to use it then we would go back the following day and sort out the paperwork. With only 15 minutes to spare we managed to move into our house, we went back the next day to return the padlock and thank Sabine because she was amazing and we are very thankful. 1000% I would recommend using Grantham self store
Absolutely excellent facility. I was shown a variety of units of different sizes, so that I could choose the right size. It was explained that if I would be credited with any days that I had did not use the unit, if I left or changed to a smaller or bigger size during the rental period. Access options and costs were explained clearly to me. The facility is clean, dry and easy to access and meets my needs. I recommend this facility to everyone.
