This was my first experience with storage. Ben and the team are super friendly and helpful. They advised us on correct storage space, gave a free lock too. It is a family run business with people who really care and are extremely professional. Goes out of the way to help customers. Good to see good old fashioned human connection and care.On the storage itself, it is dry and humidity controlled. There is a lift and there are a number of trolleys to help you move the stuff. There is also tea and coffee :). The prices are really reasonable- I didn’t bother checking anywhere else after my first call with Ben.More importantly, Danny loves coming to the storage unit and made great friends with Ben.Highly recommended - would not go anywhere else
