The location in morecambe is easily accessible, with a 24/7 gate code. The staff were friendly professional and proactive both at the beginning and the end of my rental. I was refunded monies owed and deposit within 5 working days as promised I would definitely recommend this company and will use again
The storage units are good quality at an excellent price. The Morecambe yard is a bit difficult to find (Northgate is a long road in different sections). Don't be fooled by the exterior appearance, the facilities are spot on. Once we found our way in and the correct unit we had hired, everything was straightforward. Dealing with the office is a delight. The cancellation and refund procedure at the end of the hire is something many other companies should copy -- excellent. We would recommend.
