The Scarborough Storebox facility itself was good, secure and staff on-site nice. However, one thing that really dampened our experience was that when it came to using a removal firm to put in and then take items out of the lockup during our house move they told us we must use Ashton Man & Van. Ashton proceeded to take the wrong boxes for storage and also damaged our fridge, TV, etc., demanded more money mid-move and blocked us when we tried to make a complaint. We did appreciate the offer from staff at Storebox to help sort it out, although thankfully we already had these items insured beforehand and decided we just wanted to put the experience behind us. Over all, good facility, but be wary of third parties they might work with.

Really easy to see on the website what size you need. Received a quote straight away and phone call not long after. Very easy to book , and they are super helpful. Very reasonable too 👍🏻
