Ive had a storage unit here for over a year and Mathew and team have been absolutely great, supportive and friendly. Easy facility to use... easy access, safe and plenty of room to move things in and out. Also, if like me you accidentally lock your lock key in your storage unit, they have a prompt solution :D Im only leaving this facility as I am moving out of the area, but if I were to move back, Intrastorage would be my first choice. Matthew at IntraStore Helston has been exceptionally helpful. We were delayed with our house move and super stressed, we had to delay collecting our keys and Matthew was the epitomy of kindness and understanding. He was so accommodating and went out of his way to meet us on a Saturday morning to show us around and ensure we had everything we needed. The prices are very competitive and the facility is new, clean and very secure. We highly recommend Instrastore to anyone requiring a temporary or permanent storage solution in Helston.
Mathew and the team at Intrastore Self Storage, Helston, handled our house move and also stored two motorcycles and trailers for us.
