Ive had a storage unit here for over a year and Mathew and team have been absolutely great, supportive and friendly. Easy facility to use... easy access, safe and plenty of room to move things in and out. Also, if like me you accidentally lock your lock key in your storage unit, they have a prompt solution :D Im only leaving this facility as I am moving out of the area, but if I were to move back, Intrastorage would be my first choice. Matthew at IntraStore Helston has been exceptionally helpful. We were delayed with our house move and super stressed, we had to delay collecting our keys and Matthew was the epitomy of kindness and understanding.
