We rented a 10ft unit in Carew from Lockbox and honestly couldn’t have been happier with the service. The unit was excellent , clean, secure, spacious, and exactly what we needed. From start to finish, everything was smooth, easy, and stress-free.We had originally planned to rent long term, but we were fortunate enough to be offered a new social housing property with a large shed, so sadly we no longer needed the storage unit. If that hadn’t happened, we would have happily stayed with Lockbox.A special mention to Naomi, who was absolutely fantastic throughout. She was professional, friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. Nothing was too much trouble, and her customer service was outstanding.We would highly recommend Lockbox to anyone looking for safe, reliable storage with first-class customer service. If we ever need storage again in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. 100% recommended!

Very happy with the service received from LockBox so far… From initial enquiries, through to moving in - everything has been straightforward. Initial enquiries were completed via e-mail and moving day was expertly co-ordinated by Naomi. On arrival, the storage container was clean, dry and ready for use and a heavy duty padlock was also included. Really happy with the service provided so far !

UPDATENot reliable if you need access to your unit! I visited on 2nd December, as urgently needed some items from my unit and lorries and palletts had blocked access (i had not been to my unit in a few weeks so not sure how long this had been an issue for) i messaged straight away and was advised they will try and resolve but they are not sure how long it will take to rectify and i would be refunded 2 weeks to be processed thay day. (my payments for unit go out around 16th so nothing outstanding at this point). I also had to purchase the items again that i needed at my own expense that i was unable to retrieve from storage.I was never notified of when access was available agian and received no refund still as of 30th December, I emailed as they are chasing me for payment which i have agreed to pay the 2 weeks only as they still are yet to process the refund.Naomi emailed on 30th December to state unless i pay the month she will not issue refund, i don't take to bribery and will not be paying anymore than the outstanding 2 weeks as i am sure they will then come up with another excuse to not process it!I was not notified of when access was available again and i just had to take a spontaneous visit there. However access is not full access and luckily for my i have a small hatchback because any bigger you will not get through due to the way the palletts and lorries are still parked. You can also not reverse out anymore and have to do an 6 point turn in between the units to turn around and exit. I can not get a van through there or larger vehicle if i needed to empty the unit or access my larger items.Customer service only seems to last when you sign up and they have your money. There is another storage company on this site that i will contacting instead.I urgently needed a storage unit and after an internet search i found Lock Box. I messaged and received a fast reply, my questions were dealt with efficiently. I have had the pleasure of speaking with Tash who went above and beyond to help me, messaging me with regular updates, even on the weekends.The storage units are located at Carew Airfield, you come in off the roundabout through the main entrance and drive straight down to the bottom. It really is that simple.I feel safe loading going to my unit and have been early in the morning, and late afternoons. The communication is spot on and they really do talk you through everything.I also had some issues with uploading ID but once i reached out it was instantly resolved.Best customer service i have received in many many years and i know if i ever need any help or assistance the amazing team is only a message a way.Thank you so much LockBox.

I had never rented a storage container before, let alone one on a airfield! However I was met at the airfield by an extremely helpful and informative person called Naomi. She has guided me patiently through the whole storage process and I felt confident with the information she gave me. The house moving process is stressful enough, but with someone like Naomi to help you with your storage issues makes the whole thing a lot easier!
