I needed storage at very short notice. Dealing with LockBox was extremely easy and efficient. The facility was exactly as described and easy to use. Our needs changed at the last moment and the flexibility which allowed us to easily increase capacity was also much appreciated. Great service.
I urgently needed a storage unit and after an internet search i found Lock Box. I messaged and received a fast reply, my questions were dealt with efficiently. I have had the pleasure of speaking with Tash who went above and beyond to help me, messaging me with regular updates, even on the weekends.The storage units are located at Carew Airfield, you come in off the roundabout through the main entrance and drive straight down to the bottom. It really is that simple.I feel safe loading going to my unit and have been early in the morning, and late afternoons. The communication is spot on and they really do talk you through everything.I also had some issues with uploading ID but once i reached out it was instantly resolved.Best customer service i have received in many many years and i know if i ever need any help or assistance the amazing team is only a message a way.Thank you so much LockBox.
I had never rented a storage container before, let alone one on a airfield! However I was met at the airfield by an extremely helpful and informative person called Naomi. She has guided me patiently through the whole storage process and I felt confident with the information she gave me. The house moving process is stressful enough, but with someone like Naomi to help you with your storage issues makes the whole thing a lot easier!
