Hassel free and helpful. Good experience and perfect for what we wanted, a place to store stuff whilst we changed our caravan. Deposit returned promptly. Positive experience all round.
I stored my belongings here for around 6–7 years and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The team were always friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire time.What really stood out was their flexibility with access whenever I needed to get to my things, and their understanding and patience with late payments via email link (forever losing my bank card) . They treated me with kindness and respect, which made a huge difference and something I was incredibly grateful for during a time of moving countries and homes.My belongings were always kept safe and secure, and I had complete peace of mind knowing everything was well looked after.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy storage with genuinely excellent customer service.
