Fantastic storage facility, It's spotlessly clean, the team are brilliant with communication, and the whole process in hiring was easy and quick. The units are great value for money with plenty of space, and the welcome pack when you first get your storage is such a thoughtful touch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for secure, clean, and affordable storage.
Have just rented a storage unit from Elliot Storage and would like to say how impressed I am with every aspect of the process from start to finish. Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff and the Douglas facility is immaculate, secure and superbly set out. I was delighted by the ‘goody bag’ inside as I opened the unit, including a quality torch! Great value and I would recommend Elliot Storage to anybody looking for a place to store. Thank you.
Before i signed up for the unit, i had the chance to.view the unit. I was met.by a very nice member of the team. He showed me where the unit was . The units are well organised. Located in a clean area. The units range from a small unit to store cycles. Lawn mowers to large units to store house hold furniture, beds and more I am very happy with the service from the Elliott team They are very friendly. Polite, and whats more they answer.the phone when you call. Your not left hanging on the line. Thank you team
I have nothing but high praise for Elliott Storage, from my first interaction setting up the account. The handover was excellent, the unit was clean and dry, the Welcome pack was, well, very welcome and obviously care and attention to detail was fully on point. The site has recently been upgraded and aggregate has been laid. It all adds up to a company that is laser-focussed on its customers and their requirements . They deserve to do well and go far.
