I moved to the UK from Canada about a year ago, and I have to say the customer service that Sean and Fiona provide at this self storage location is exceptional and easily the best I have experienced in the UK so far. Their service is on the same level as the high standards I was used to in North America, and in some ways even better.Both Sean and Fiona have been consistently patient, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They always took the time to answer my questions, whether in person or over the phone, and even went above and beyond by helping me arrange a locker at another branch.I truly appreciate everything they have done. Now I completely understand why so many others have given this branch five stars. They truly deserve it.
