I have recently enquired about storage space within this store. My experience was great from the offset. A small, friendly, knowledgeable team - Cally, Harrison and Jake, all with a pleasant manner and eager to please. I'd happily use this place again and would recommend to family and friends without hesitation. Keep up the good work.
If you are looking for a 5 star service with great staff especially the manager Cally then look no further than the Ellesmere Port branch of Safestore Self Storage.From the very beginning I found Cally to be so very helpful and understanding (having had some medical issues timescales moved), Cally was so supportive.My wife met other members of the team today and agreed with me on just how excellent they all were. Don't, have any concerns on using Cally and her team I would recomend them to anyone especially if you are disabled as we both are. They have an excellent understanding on people with disabilities. Using Safestore Self Storage has been so easy and helpful for my needs of storing all my items before moving. The unit itself was a great size and the whole building is always kept clean and tidy. The whole team were always very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Cally, Harrison & Jake for all your help, I would definitely recommend safestore to anyone.
The perfect place to store additional stuff!! Easy access straight off the motorway, plenty of parking, key fob access through roller shutters during the working hours and immaculate. Building is still like brand new and it feels very safe and secure. Staff are very friendly and helpful too. Definitely recommend.
