We use this branch of Ready Steady Store to store some ‘stuff’. It’s been a really easy process and both Charlotte and Nick have been super (super) helpful. In this world of (sometimes) poor faceless digital service this is a great example of the ‘human touch’.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Especially caretaker Chris. Helped us find unit, work lifts, and location of emergency stairs etc. Highly recommend. Common areas and unit clean and tidy. App works to gain access.
Made the right choice by choosing ready steady store to store my luggage while being away for a bit. Nick was very helpful helping me access my storage and settling in.
Got an online quote yesterday morning, for the rest of the day they spammed my phone with calls. This morning when I could answer, the woman on the phone was literally trying to pressure me to reserve, so for point that I needed the storage but I also wanted to end the harassment, I said ok and Very quickly it went from £7.75 for 12 weeks to £60 a month and her excuse was "this is a ground floor one". I got ungraded GCSE's but I'm certain this is not how any businesses should treat it's customers. Very strange behaviour.
