Great customer service. When I enquired about possible storage, they were both accommodating and patient, showing me the various options and talking me through the whole process. Thank you
The only real issue was that I found getting the app activated was quite a bug laden experience, most two factor authentications I deal with routinely work rather more seamlessly, albeit I'm in my seventies and although I consider myself to be digitally literate sometimes these things stump me. Any way once I had that sorted everything went smoothly, easy access to the facility, access system worked perfectly. Also pleased to find a toilet at the facility.
Firstly, I have to say, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The unit and site itself was very clean and tidy. I was a little apprehensive when told the unit and site was unstaffed and controlled via an app but I neednt have been worried. You download an app and press the icon within the app to open doors/ shutter and the unit, so easy. Theres no staff onsite but If you have problems, the staff are on the end of a telephone who I am sure will be more than happy to help. On initial viewing, i spoke with someone on the phone who opened up the site and unit for me to view.
