I had a great experience with with Wigwam Leatherhead - I opened a unit (to store items for an elderly relative) just before Wigwam took over. The onsite team was really helpful with choosing the right unit and when I vastly overestimated what I would need they helped me to adjust my booking/account for two small mini units instead. I was nervous about the digital locks for the door and units but that went really smoothly, and I only once had an issue with gaining entry to the site, which I'm certain was an issue with my phone rather than their system (I now think that maybe it was because I was running a VPN without realising). When I was locked out I called the support number and Lenny was really helpful and (after taking me through security authentication) got me into the site and the unit. The huge benefit of the digital key system is that you can more easily share access with other people. When I closed down the unit, Lenny and the team were really efficient at processing the outgoing paperwork and returning the deposit and the small refund that we were owed. The site is secure, has great availability hours and the only downside at that site is that there isn't a lift, but the new Dorking site has a lift, and when we had the need to store a much larger amount of 'stuff' (that we absolutely couldn't go up and down the stairs with) we got a great deal on a unit at Dorking. Our interactions have all been positive with Wigwam (and with the previous owners).

Easy to view the unit, book and pay. Remote access via the app makes it very convenient to come and go as I need to. Very clean and well lit. Experience so far has been excellent.
