I made an error in booking storage with Storage Vault and they couldn’t have been more helpful in responding and sorting the problem out. In particular Lizzie was so responsive and was absolutely brilliant. So refreshing to see real customer service like this. thank you so much for all your help.
I had a fantastic experience using Storage Vaults facility in East Kilbride. The customer service from Nyree and Lizzie is absolutely top-notch. They made the entire process quick, transparent, and completely stress-free. The facility itself is exceptionally clean, well-lit, and very secure. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for hassle-free storage!
If you are looking for a storage unit with reliable staff who will make you feel amazing about yourself… this is the place! I was in the middle of moving house along with a few other stresses. My partner sorted the storage unit and I turned up one day to fill it up. I spoke with Lizzie at the main desk and after an Earl Gray tea, a counselling session and the best fake nutri grain bars I’ve ever tasted and I ended up with a bigger storage unit still affordable and definitely one less stress! Excellent facility, Dropped in and spoke to Nyree who was really helpful and explained all of the options available and size of units, I was shown different ones with no hard sell, Had a house move so opted for a shipping container. Nyree was very understanding as our contract exchange date kept changing and was flexible with our start date. Used the unit for 4 months. Very clean, totally waterproof, and the facility has 24hr security, user digital access via pad and padlock provided. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage facility.
