Excellent service, well organised. Access to the unit until 11pm every night for no extra fee. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been friendly and helpful. Didn’t feel anywhere near as pushy or sales driven as other storage unit companies. Would definitely recommend.
The service was brilliant, I had the chance to see the units , pick the proper size and finished the paper work quite easily. Also , I compared this with other firms in city centre in Glasgow, the price per month is much less. Only thing , the quote was not very clear when I tried to this online, but all sorted over the phone. I would definitely use their services again.
Quick and easy to set up. We needed immediate access to a small storage vault for a couple of months and Storage Vault provided the perfect solution. Would definitely use again and recommend.
I am an existing office client of the company and had a great experience in transferring a vanload of office equipment into storage with them. All done within 24 hour of the initial enquiry, very professional and efficient. Everything during the removal went to plan from agreeing the contract to receiving secure access codes to enter the facility. The space provided is more than adequate for our purposes and feels safe and very clean.
