After 17 months using Merthyr Self Storage i have no complaints with the service provided. Dry and secure. Highly recommended.
Great experience, very nice staff. Used few times now for storage and van hire. Very reasonable prices and a very secure for peace of mind. IV no need to use anyone else as it's a good as it gets here.
We have rented a unit and required access at midnight to unload our car after coming off ferry late from abroad. The staff could not have done anything more nothing was a problem and we as planned off loaded just after midnight with the security team giving us access to the site. All the communications by emails were dealt with promptly as well. Fully recommend this company for storage options, excellent customer service! Many thanks again!
