Having the sale of a house fall through and losing our rented home at the same time was really stressful. We were almost homeless and certainly didn't have anywhere for our furniture to be stored. We were told about Jonny at the Lockbox. On initial contact Jonny was very helpful and showed enough empathy to our situation. The site is well covered with CCTV and lighting and has 24 hour access which proved very valuable during our use. The container was very dry and clean. It also had an insulated ceiling. Our 2 months of uncertainty was made so much more bearable by Jonny and the Lockbox site. No sooner the key to our container was handed in our deposit was in our bank. A great service from a great business. Thanks again Jonny.
