I've been using Folkestone Storage for a couple of years now and never had an issue. The staff, in my experience, have been very helpful and understanding.Ignore the negative reviews complaining about getting parking tickets as there are signs stating 30 minutes free parking and they've been there for years.

If you need somewhere safe to store your stuff this is the place. I first got this storage as a temporary place but I still have it after 8 years. My precious items are safe, kept at an idea temperature and very accessible. The staff there are also incredibly helpful. I highly recommend Folkestone Storage

Fantastic facility, fantastic, friendly and very helpful staff and a good location from town centre max 10 min walk. You can also drive your car up the ramp onto the first floor parking area with a car or van.You are so good I've rented my unit continually since 2012. Thank you

Vile rude staff, they have a parking enforcement company who have charged me £100 for 3 minutes parking because I left my wallet in tesco next door. When I spoke to them I was told I could have wiped it if you were our customer. Obviously not making enough money on storage so they are scamming people for parking
