I would highly recommend Morton Self Storage to anyone. I first started using Morton Self Storage around 18 months ago when I enquired about a storage unit they had advertised that I wanted to use as a workshop. They were very friendly and amenable from the beginning and the price was very fair. I had my workshop there for almost a year before having to close due to work shortage and financial difficulties but I still needed somewhere to store my stuff. At the time of giving notice on my workshop, they had no containers available so they purchased some more containers and put my name down for one. I had my container for a few months but have now decided that for financial reasons I can no longer justify the monthly cost and therefore have given it up.I recently had an injury at work which has been the cause of my financial woes, among other things and it just so happened that last month I was unable to pay for the container on time. I reached out to Sue and Richard (owners) and explained my situation and they were appreciative of me letting them know and did not mind that I was going to be paying a couple weeks late.I don’t condone paying late but if you find yourself in a situation like mine, it’s better to let Sue and Richard know what’s going on rather than burying your head in the sand.I would happily use Morton Self Storage again should I ever have the need for storage space again in the future!
Had all my house contents stored here between house moves. The containers were insulated and immaculate! Price was great! The owners are absolutely lovely, very helpful and professional! Location was perfect for me as moving to my new home locally, but not only that it was beautiful scenery and loved seeing all the chickens on my numerous visits. 100% highly recommend this very well run storage facility! A special thank you to Sue for being so lovely and accommodating.
