This review was published on Sunday 30 November 2025 at 23:21.After almost 10 years of tenancy, we never imagined things would end this way.We have always done our best to be respectful, cooperative tenants and to look after the unit properly.Instead, over the last few years we have experienced:Our locked unit was entered without permission or warning. Photographs were taken inside and emailed to us.For almost 10 years staff have repeatedly and deliberately called me - the Polish owner “David” instead of my correct name “Dawid”. In the UK this is not just a spelling mistake – it is continuing nationality-based harassment under section 26 of the Equality Act 2010 and has left me feeling deliberately disrespected and treated as second-class tenant simply because I am Polish.Communication has been filled with threats, ultimatums and aggressive tone rather than any attempt at dialogue. When I stood peacefully in the doorway to protect my privacy and prevent another unauthorised entry, I was met with disregard on the property we rent.Despite clear written confirmation that our parking agreement ended on 31 December 2024, we have continued to be charged for it every month throughout 2025. When we asked for the overpayments to be corrected and refunded, we were given no answer and no indication of when it will be resolved – while we are still expected to pay every invoice exactly on time. The ongoing situation has caused serious disruption to our business. Our largest client – with whom we have worked for over ten years and who provides the vast majority of our income – has placed our contract under urgent review and paused new orders. This followed our forced emergency removal of almost all goods from the unit, carried out because of repeated unauthorised entries and continued attempts to enter without permission.Throughout this whole period, we have been left feeling utterly worthless and treated with complete contempt – as though our long tenancy and our dignity simply did not matter. We wrote directly to George on Friday asking for understanding and a fair solution. The only reply so far was a two-line message from his phone sent on Saturday, again addressing me as “David”, saying he acknowledged my email and he would respond on Monday – which in my opinion shows a complete lack of urgency or respect to his long-term tenant.I cannot imagine how a loyal tenant in serious distress can be treated with such indifference. The situation is still escalating and causing real harm. I will update this review as things develop so that other tenants – especially small businesses and families – know what they may face.We simply wanted respect and fair treatment after so many years. That has not been given. On the basis of our ten-year experience, I cannot recommend George Estates Ltd to anyone. This review reflects my honest opinion and experience, based entirely on documented facts and correspondence.

About Kington Park

Kington Park offers self storage solutions for a variety of personal and business needs. The company provides storage facilities for customers in and around the Chippenham area in the United Kingdom. As a provider in the local market, it focuses on delivering accessible space for individuals and companies seeking extra room. The services are designed to accommodate a range of requirements, from storing a few boxes of personal belongings to larger household or commercial items. This approach ensures that those looking for flexible storage have a local option available to them. The provider's presence in a specific location allows it to cater directly to the community's needs for secure and manageable storage.

Customers often seek storage space when facing life transitions or business demands. For instance, renting a unit can simplify the process of moving to a new home by providing a temporary place for furniture and boxes. It is also a practical choice during a home renovation, offering a safe place to keep items free from dust and damage. Businesses can use these facilities for inventory management, storing stock, equipment, or archived documents without needing to lease larger commercial premises. Individuals might also need storage space for rent for personal reasons, such as clearing a garage, storing seasonal sports equipment, or managing inherited possessions. These scenarios highlight the flexibility of modern storage solutions.

The process of renting a unit is generally straightforward. Prospective tenants first determine the amount of space they need, which can range from a small locker to a unit large enough for the contents of a family home. Contracts are often flexible, allowing for both short-term storage and longer-term arrangements on a monthly rental basis. Access to the storage unit is typically available during set business hours, and some facilities may offer extended access options. When moving items in or out, practical considerations include the availability of trolleys, the width of corridors, and how close vehicles can get to the unit. Understanding these logistical details helps ensure a smooth experience.

When selecting a self storage for rent provider, several factors come into play. The cost is often determined by the unit's size, the length of the rental period, and any additional features like climate control. Security is another key consideration, with features such as surveillance systems and gated access providing peace of mind. The facility's location can also be important, affecting convenience and travel time. Comparing different providers is an essential step in finding the right fit for your specific needs and budget. Using a platform like The Storage Scanner allows you to view different options, comparing prices, features, and availability from various companies in one place.
