I was already very happy with my customer experience using your Five Oaks self storage. The gentleman at the desk is always helpful and friendly, the opening hours were good, and I've had no problems.But the new Sunday opening is really helpful.I'm disabled, so I have to rely on my husband and my parents to help me with errands that involve anything heavy-duty like lifting and shifting. This usually limits me to only accessing our unit on a Saturday, unless my husband can manage to make it up after work before it closes.Opening on a Sunday has effectively doubled our best timeframe for access to our unit, so we appreciate it a lot.
