Watch your deposit they are likely to bite a piece from it. I left the house cleaner then I fund it, but they fund some glue around the windows that was there from previous tenants, i have photos. They took the money anyway. The only thing that they can do on time is raising the rent every year. I've reported a broken window hinge, it was fixed after three months. The electric shower was broken and making a strange loud noise, never been fixed. They always blamed the landlord. At the renewal year they raised my rent , I said I'll will agree with this if they want to do some repairs in the house. I ve send them a list with the repairs to be done and two weeks later they send me section 21 notice,.

Clair, Michael and Siobhan have all been fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us. They have taken away any stress involved with letting a place and left us feeling nothing but excitement for our move in date!
