It is a nice and clean storage unit, good lifts, plenty of trolleys but that is it! I can not believe this storage place is CLOSED for 10 days over Christmas & New Year 😳 AND you do not even get a discount for this on your monthly rent (they still charge you full price) as you have NO access to your unit and your stuff at all for 10 DAYS plus there is NO toilets, very small parking/loading area and NO Vending Machine for a quick drink or snack. The opening times are far too short Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday - 8am-4pm and Sunday 9am-1pm. Ridiculous! Unfortunately I can NOT recommend this Ashford Self-Storage.

Travelled 4 hours to deliver here, arrived and asked for toilets, was told 'Staff use only, not public". A company offering a public service, and no toilets, disgusting!

Very secure, clean, dry, well run storage. Units are agood size; you have the only key. Stuff is not moved around, touched or accessed at all. Efficient lift system; first rate staff. Don't bother with anywhere else. D. M. Wright
