This was my first experience of containerised self-storage and I've no regrets in chosing Optima (Newark). From the initial contact and admin through to the final emptying of the unit and key return, the process couldn't have been bettered. I have no reservations about recommending Optima to others and would use their services again in the blink of an eye should the need for storage arise in the future. Thanks again Alex!
We used one of Optima Storage's units for several weeks while moving house, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.It was incredibly easy to arrange, with great communication throughout the process. Access to the unit was straightforward and convenient, and the facility was clean, well-maintained, and felt very secure.The unit itself was exactly what we needed during a house move, and it provided great value for money. Everything worked smoothly, and the service was professional and friendly throughout.I wouldn't hesitate to use Optima Storage again in the future and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a secure and reliable storage solution.
I used Optima Self Storage at Newark for a couple of years. From the very start, the whole process was seamless. The containers are all new, with no leaks and in a very secure compound. Access is through a double gated keypad controlled access for easy access. I only left because I no longer needed the storage, and wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again in the future.
Alex was very professional when dealing with us. The process is very simple and the storage containers are clean and in immaculate condition. We will definitely be a returning customer.
