Had our storage unit for nearly 3 years. Very high quality storage unit, and owner James is always at the end of the phone to help you out when needed. The site is very secure, well protected and maintained to a very high standard. Big thanks to James for providing the space we needed and if the need arises, will not think twice about coming back.
We used Diss Self Storage after deciding to pack up our lives and go travelling for a while. That pause in real life turned into a year and 9 months of our entire life being packed up into a storage unit.Diss Self Storage was so hassle free and easy from beginning to end, and at an incredibly competitive price. They were cheaper than others in the area for a big unit that stored our 3 bed house worth of stuff. Getting signed up and access was easy, and billing was consistent and never a bother. James was always incredibly helpful, getting us set up, communicating while we were abroad (bank account was temporarily locked and we wanted to check in that payments were getting through), and when it came time to end our tenancy, he was helpful and flexible to make it easy for us to handover the keys. Always responsive and friendly. At the end of contract, the deposit was refunded promptly etc.Literally everything exactly as we needed it to be. Would recommend them to anyone with additional storage needs, or interim storage for travelling or between moves etc.
Excellent storage facility, clean, well lit and storage units in superb condition. Extremely nice people to deal with too. I would highly recommend.
Really great facility, clean, well lit and very safe. James was super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We have used a few different storage companies in the past few years and this was easily the best facility and customer service.
