Secure, trust worthy and established! Diss self storage, kept my personal belongings extremely safe in their secured, monitored area. Quick to respond to customer requests via phone call and email! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Really great facility, clean, well lit and very safe. James was super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We have used a few different storage companies in the past few years and this was easily the best facility and customer service.
Held a unit here for over a year. The facility is very secure with a telephone entry gate onto the site, CCTV and security lighting throughout and very good security padlocks provided for the containers. The containers themselves are in very good condition and thoroughly watertight, there's good vehicle access and room to manoeuvre around. The price was very competitive, cheapest we found for the size and quality of the container and the security of the facility. James the site manager was always available on the phone when I needed to contact him, even when he was out of office hours, and always very helpful. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing storage in the Diss area.
