Scammers I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. Yesterday, on the 13th, a few days before the end of the rental period (it ends on the 16th), I came to the office to terminate the rental and say that I no longer needed the storage unit. They said me to send an email, which I did. But then they told me that I had to pay almost 100 euros for the next month for an empty storage unit that didn't contain any of my belongings because I was supposed to give them at least 14 days' notice, not just a few days. They compared renting a 1 m² storage unit to renting an apartment (the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard). If I had rented an apartment from them, it would have been logical, but it's just a small 1 m² iron box. And so I have to pay 100 euros for an empty box for the next month, which I don't use. They will probably re-rent it to someone else and get double the profit for the next month. I completely vacated the box on December 31, but I didn't know that I had to notify them by email, and no one warned me about this (I believe it was intentional so that they could brazenly steal my money from my card). In addition, after I no longer needed the rental, the employees became rude, especially the woman. She is always rude on the phone, and on the 13th, she left work half an hour early at 6:30 p.m. instead of 7:00 p.m.
