I am extremely disappointed with ANNEXX... I wish I could have given zero stars... In 2025, two price increases of €30 per month (one in February and one in September)... highway robbery!! Run away!There are other providers of this type of service that are significantly cheaper!! Avoid them at all costs!
Beware of fake reviews! Don't trust the Google rating and comments.I've been with Annexx Pierre Benite since April 26, 2025.Be aware that contracts are automatically renewed each month, and the prices can therefore increase every month 🤓 I started at €93, and 6 months later I'm paying €112 for the same service. That's an increase of over 20% in 6 months, which is enormous, without any explanation of the index used to calculate this increase, only that it's written in the contract and that, according to them, they're free to do whatever they want! If that's not a scam!I had the first two months free. The last four days of April corresponded to the first month…So many "pleasant surprises" with Annexx.I'm contacting the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control) and looking for another storage solution, but if you can avoid going through the same ordeal...
I confirm. The code doesn't work 24/7. I arrived at 5 a.m. to grab my things for the trip and go to the station, but I couldn't get in because the code didn't work. It was written that it wasn't working at that time. I think it would be better to indicate the time so as not to mislead people. Moreover, I wasted time on the road and money on a taxi.
