I rented a storage unit from Resotainer Graveson four months ago, following a move, primarily because of their promise of 24/7 access and surveillance. However, for the past two months, construction work has been underway on the site—work that no one informed me about when I signed the contract, even though it must have been planned for a long time given the scale of the project.About ten days before the work began, I was informed that access to my unit would be limited: time slots during the day (6 a.m. to 4 p.m.) by appointment, and other supposedly open times after 4 p.m. and on weekends. Yet, every time I arrived during these times, my unit was inaccessible. I was far from the only one in this situation: several customers found themselves locked out. I even had the opportunity to speak with another customer there who told me that making an appointment was a difficult and complicated process.I had to call several times and express my dissatisfaction before I could finally access my storage unit—and even then, only after a 30-minute wait. I was also told that the person in charge of the units on-site was available, but in reality, their office was inaccessible (surrounded by barriers, as evidenced by photos), and my calls were systematically redirected to other Resotainer call centers because no one was answering in Graveson.When I finally managed to reach the site manager and explain the situation, her tone was quite condescending. Yet, once I arrived on-site, the construction workers—who were completely blameless—apologized and acknowledged the organizational and communication problems. All I'm asking for is consideration and a minimum of information, especially when I'm paying for a service that isn't being provided.I requested a commercial offer to compensate for these repeated inconveniences, which seems to me to be the bare minimum. The management's response? A simple "no." They claim that solutions have been implemented and that I have unrestricted access to my storage unit, when the reality is quite different. They are completely shirking their responsibility.To make matters worse, the security cameras in the units have been removed since July (probably due to construction work), which means that an additional service is no longer provided.I'll let you imagine how all of this impacts my daily life and seriously disrupts the organization of a move, especially considering the stress, organization, and financial burden it entails.I chose Resotainer for its flexibility and ease of access, but they clearly haven't kept their promises. They know how to attract you with promotions for the first few months, but they are incapable of honoring their commitments and considering their customers in situations they themselves have created. A deeply disappointing experience, which I do not recommend.P.S.: After posting my review on Google, Resotainer finally contacted me to offer a discount, which I'm happy with. However, it's a shame it took this kind of response for them to finally react. Hence the change in my rating to 3 stars. Proactive communication and a little consideration would have prevented a lot of inconvenience.
