Excellent
Avoid Seegmuller at all costs.I've been renting a storage unit from Seegmuller in Lampertheim since December 2015, where I've literally put my entire life. Unfortunately, in May 2016, it flooded after a severe storm. The result: water up to my ankles, all my furniture standing in mud, my rugs, my books, my keepsakes, etc. Since then, Seegmuller has been appalling. I've had to constantly chase them to get my case moving. And after months of waiting, they offer me... €510. Getting back on my feet is going to be tough!However, I do receive my rent invoice every month. They don't forget that.And now I'm at this point: refusal of a counter-expertise. I should point out that the initial report is wrong, mentioning a leak in the roof of an upstairs unit, when the water actually came in from below into a ground-floor unit. No way to find out the name of the insurance company. No way to meet the CEO. In short, INHUMAN.Furthermore, I'm convinced they know perfectly well they're regularly flooded since their business is elevated. I really wish I had been warned.
