Seegmuller is definitely a must-do.I've been renting a storage unit from Seegmuller in Lampertheim since December 2015, and I've literally invested my entire life into it. Unfortunately, in May 2016, it flooded following a severe storm. The result: ankle-deep water, all my furniture, rugs, books, souvenirs, etc., were in mud. Since then, Seegmuller has been appalling. I've had to keep chasing them to move forward with my application. And after months of waiting, they're offering me... €510. It's going to be difficult to get back on track with my life! However, I still receive my rental bill every month. They don't forget that. And now I'm here: a second appraisal has been refused. I should point out that the first report is false, stating a leak in the roof of an upstairs storage unit, while the water came from below into a ground floor unit. No way to know the name of the insurance company. No way to meet the CEO. In short, INHUMANE. Furthermore, I'm convinced they know perfectly well that they're regularly inundated with money, given their high bills. I really would have liked to have been warned.
