It is OK according to the expectation of the price and location, used it for resting while travelling through France, it's basic but good enough for the family to take a warm shower and sleep. The toilets could be remodelled already and a few more healthy snack choices on the vending machines would be good.
Overall it was ok for the price, but I would not recommend the 4 people room. The AC is located on the ground floor and the mezzanine was just too hot to be able to sleep through the night. The breakfast was actually very good, considering it was included in the price.
Overall a good stay in a quiet place. Good breakfast at an adequate price. Of course you have to accept very small rooms with mini bathroom in a motel style, with thyn walls separating each room. On the other hand you will pay a low x night fare. But if you are just traveling is a good compromise.
