The staff was very professional, providing all the information and answering the phone.One thing that seemed odd to me was that on the way back they couldn't call a taxi - I didn't have any taxi numbers handy. Tourists have to get to the airport somehow...Another very important thing: the agency address written on the voucher doesn't match the real one. The agency is on the same street, but 400-500 meters further. It's not a big problem unless you're in the middle of winter, snowing at -17 degrees Celsius, with suitcases and kids... a great experience.Anyway, everything went well. They said the car was bigger than expected. It was clean, the snow tires were studded, and the roads were fairly clean.An experience worth repeating in any case.If you need to go there in the winter, ask me and I'll give you the information on what and where to do 💥Unfortunately, I have to update my review - it's already been a month, but the deposit hasn't been released. I filed a complaint with rentalcars.com, and they suggested waiting a full 28 business days... I'd say they're really slow, considering Lappeenranta is a small town where the airport only operates for a few hours two days a week - meaning there's not much tourist traffic in the winter when renting cars.This has changed my positive thinking...

A clean Skoda Octavia, inside and out, was waiting in the hotel parking lot. Good price/quality ratio. Friendly, almost familiar service when dealing with customers over the phone.
