I got the car quickly at night, but the car had a flat tire when I got it. In the morning the tire had deflated again, so I had to return the car without driving it any further. I drove the car about 10km I didn't get any compensation for this even though the car couldn't be driven.

When renting a van, a clean, new Ducato

Absolutely crappy service! They try to charge almost 400e for one lost imitation motonet hubcap. 45e for every issue regarding the handling of the car, which they didn't mention when renting the car...

The staff was very professional, providing all the information and answering the phone. One thing that seemed odd to me was that on the way back they couldn't call a taxi - I didn't have any taxi numbers handy. Tourists have to get to the airport somehow...Another very important thing: the agency address written on the voucher doesn't match the real one. The agency is on the same street, but 400-500 meters further. It's not a big problem unless you're in the middle of winter, snowing at -17 degrees Celsius, with suitcases and kids... a great experience.Anyway, everything went well. They said the car was bigger than expected. It was clean, the snow tires were studded, and the roads were fairly clean. An experience worth repeating in any case.If you need to go there in the winter, ask me and I'll give you the information on what and where to do 💥Unfortunately, I have to update my review - it's already been a month, but the deposit hasn't been released. I filed a complaint with rentalcars.com, and they suggested waiting a full 28 business days... I'd say they're really slow, considering Lappeenranta is a small town where the airport only operates for a few hours two days a week - meaning there's not much tourist traffic in the winter when renting cars. This has changed my positive thinking...
