I have tried calling customer service numerous times over several days without getting a response. I sent an email regarding the invoice two weeks ago and still haven't received a response. I have never encountered such unreachable and poor customer service in Finland. I am starting to feel desperate about how I will be able to handle my own affairs with the company.

We had to ask for the lease agreement many times, both by email and by phone. When the agreement was finally reached, the codes for the entrance and lock did not arrive within the agreed time. The lease had already started when we had to ask for them. The codes were received after a request. When we arrived to move the goods, the code given did not work for the lock of the warehouse. We left the first load in the hallway and went to pick up the next load. After we packed the next load, we called the person on duty again, the maintenance man had not been reached. The person on duty gave the old code for the storage booth, if it had worked. It did, but there was someone else's stuff in the warehouse. The person on duty found a smaller free warehouse and gave the code for it. Its door opened, but the booth was uncleaned. There were mouse droppings and various beetles on the floor. Goods to mess with and to find the next company.

Friendly and clean premises in Piispanristi. You can also fit a larger car inside, no need to drag anything in the rain. There is even room in the yard for a full trailer. Customer service is commendable, fast and friendly. Reasonably priced. Contract and billing are clear.
