Clean and good storage facilities. My own 1.5 square meter storage booth could fit a lot of stuff stacked on top of each other, because the height of the warehouse was so high. Good carts were available for transporting stuff in the warehouse, as well as step stools for reaching higher. The warehouse could accommodate a van (Transit Custom L1H1) for loading, and even a larger car could at least get under the canopy to protect it from the weather.
