This has to be one of the best-run and most user-friendly businesses in Copenhagen. I have never written a Google review before, and would not have guessed that the first one would be for a storage facility, but the Pelican Storage in the Sydhavnen is so exceptional that it was worth writing about. I don't know the managers personally, nor do I stand to gain anything from writing this; I'm just a really impressed customer of the past two years. Two issues bear mentioning in particular. First, the people who run the place are as helpful, competent and conscientious as one could ever hope to find in a firm, anywhere. One of them actually called me the day after seeing me unload some stuff into my storage room to ask if a bike left behind in the loading area might be mine; it wasn't, but I was amazed at the quality of customer service that gesture showed. Second, the facility itself is impeccable: it's clean, and everything works just as it should. There are no signs of neglect anywhere. That means a lot when your belongings are in storage--even if they are just children's drawings, or something that would be of no value to anyone but you, it's important to know they're going to be okay.

I had a great experience with Bjarne and Jonas. I had to wait for a long time for my removal company and they gave me all the assistance and help I needed. I highly recommended.
