We had JD Logistik help us with our move and we are very impressed with their level of service. The movers were not only skilled and efficient, but also friendly and accommodating both to us and to each other. It created a nice and safe atmosphere on what could otherwise be a stressful day. Very service-oriented company. Everything went perfectly and all the stored items were exactly as they were when they were put in 2 years ago. We have rented 3 6m³ boxes! A little nervous when we had to pick up 2 of our boxes, as 2 other - and empty! - boxes had been put out. However, it was fixed in 10 minutes!
We have had things destroyed, things have disappeared, and most recently an antique chatol weighing over 100 kg fell over while they were transporting it in a big box. First they say it was packed incorrectly. Then we tell them they packed it themselves. Then they say we must have repacked it ourselves. They also change the terms. Without notice, you suddenly have to wait up to 3 business days to get access to your things. Incidentally, there are plenty of cheaper alternatives, even if they say otherwise. Make sure to document everything with pictures if you are already a customer. Consider an alternative in general.
