We had JD Logistik help us with our move and we are very impressed with their level of service. The movers were not only skilled and efficient, but also friendly and accommodating both to us and to each other. It created a nice and safe atmosphere on what could otherwise be a stressful day. We highly recommend JD Logistik to anyone who needs a reliable, professional and comfortable moving experience.
We have had things destroyed, things have disappeared, and most recently an antique chatol weighing over 100 kg fell over while they were transporting it in a big box. First they say it was packed incorrectly. Then we tell them they packed it themselves. Then they say we must have repacked it ourselves. They also change the terms. Without notice, you suddenly have to wait up to 3 business days to get access to your things. Incidentally, there are plenty of cheaper alternatives, even if they say otherwise. Make sure to document everything with pictures if you are already a customer. Consider an alternative in general.

After our move, we discovered that we were missing our vacuum cleaner. We contacted the company, but they never got back to us with where it was or what had happened to it. We had to go out and buy a new vacuum cleaner. A few weeks later, a resident of our old property happened to see our vacuum cleaner and a few other small items (an empty moving box and a broom) that had been left in the hallway. However, that didn’t change the fact that we had already bought a new vacuum cleaner.After a few weeks, when we had finally unpacked all our boxes, we also found out that we were missing a (not exactly cheap) mirror. So we contacted the moving company again to see if they knew where it had gone. Instead of finding some kind of solution, we just got an arrogant message back that they didn’t have the mirror, and if we thought it had been stolen, we had to contact the police. The moving company clearly doesn't understand how to provide a good service, and this should also be seen in light of the fact that the move itself wasn't exactly cheap. Therefore, I can't recommend this moving company in any way!
