The worst experience I’ve ever had in a storage facility; An extremely badly designed building - not once in the booking process was I warned that most moving vans don’t fit in the main entrance, and are forced to use an inconvenient back door, and navigate the corridors to the elevators - on both occasions only one elevator was actually working, meaning there were frequently multiple people waiting for it.As you can see from the photos, on the day I arrived at the facility, there were two other vans having the same problem as me, trying to move large furniture and boxes through a small back door. What should have been an hours job, turned into a 3.5 hours job for me, as I waited for the other vans to finish before being able to enter the building myself.I wouldn’t recommend this facility at all.

Easy and simple, definitely the best price for a small room. The app works and is super practical. Friendly and helpful staff, great customer service, solved in no time and with a vengeance that I did not get my room delivered according to the instructions because I no longer needed the storage room.

Great service and user-friendly system. Easy to sign up online. The app makes everything accessible and easy to use. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will use it next time. The only downside is the long termination period and the lack of containers for cardboard waste. Recommendable
