I was able to view the different units before booking while I was on the phone with customer service. Booking afterwards was easy. The elevator and door controls work perfectly via the app. The customer service is very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciate.I wholeheartedly recommend PlaceB.
A superb concept, 24/7 access to self storage units in different sizes and you can grant people access with a link to open elevator and doors. A big plus is the trolley onsite 👍🏻
