PlaceB is generally well-designed. The app is clear and easy to use.Unfortunately, I've had problems accessing my box several times because the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect. Making phone calls from the PlaceB warehouse is also impossible due to a lack of signal.Today, January 11, 2026, I received the invoice. The amount is always debited directly from the credit card. Since my credit card had expired—which can happen—the payment couldn't be processed. As a result, my box was immediately blocked, even though less than a day had passed and I wasn't given the option to add a new credit card. It also states that it can take up to 72 hours after payment is received for the box to be reactivated.To be honest, I don't quite understand this. For almost two years, the invoices have always been paid reliably, and now it's failed just once—and the box is immediately blocked. I think that if it's clear a customer always pays reliably, they could be a bit more lenient. Generally, I find it questionable to close the box immediately.My box contains, among other things, my military gear. If I were to be called up at short notice, this would be inaccessible, which in the worst-case scenario could mean I wouldn't be able to report for duty.

Bright and well-located storage space!Very friendly and helpful phone and chat support made booking and getting answers to all my questions a real pleasure.Unfortunately, I have to deduct one star because there's no level access from the car to the freight elevator. Items have to be carried up a short but very narrow flight of stairs to the loading ramp before they can be loaded onto the handy trolley provided. The loading ramp and stairs are also frequently obstructed by garbage bins from other businesses in the building, and therefore quite dirty. For the storage units in the front section, you can use the pedestrian ramp to the train station underpass with a trolley, but for the rear section, additional ramps and doors make this less than ideal.Otherwise, everything is great: access is bright and straightforward via the app, and the storage units are bright and clean. All in all, I'm very satisfied!
