Great product and everything worked perfectly. The prices are fair too. The only downside is the route to and access from the warehouse. It was rather difficult for me to find as it wasn't well signposted.
It works perfectly with the placeB iPhone app. Customer service via iPhone is also easily reachable, even outside of business hours, so there's good support available for any initial uncertainties. It's great that placeB now also offers storage units in Olten, well protected by the cantonal police station located in the same building. Once this service becomes more widely known in Olten, demand will increase accordingly, as it currently has no competition in the area.
I'm very happy with the storage unit. It's great, has different sizes depending on what you need. Easy access with the app (just don't forget your smartphone :)) At first, I had to be brave enough to use the goods lift on the ramp and lift out the gates. That's the only thing that could be better for an elderly or less strong person. But otherwise, it's very brightly lit, and you feel safe. Highly recommended
