Outrageous! I rented a van for the day specifically to fill a storage unit at Zébrabox... and it was impossible to open the unit! The garage opened, but not the unit. Result: a whole day wasted, a friend who had freed himself for nothing, and a rental paid for... NOTHING. No reliability, no consideration for customers. When you pay for a service, the least you can do is make sure it works. Very big disappointment! Saturday no hotline answered the calls 😡😡😡😡😡😡😤
