My movers and I were provoked and verbally assaulted by the furious site attendant who insisted the van wasn't exactly in the designated space he claimed (nothing was marked) was the one specifically for vans. Despite us moving the van a few inches as he saw fit, he continued his aggression, threatening to deny us access to the storage unit, despite our signed contract.This behavior is UNACCEPTABLE, both towards the customer and the two movers who are doing an extremely difficult job.After calming down somewhat, the man started lecturing us about how much we should save on electricity and going on about other details as if we were four years old, warning us of possible penalties for all sorts of trivialities that are completely irrelevant to us. In short, I highly recommend AB BOX in Champagne nearby: larger choice of boxes, much simpler procedures and above all no aggression from anyone since all the steps are done online, a great relief after the horrible experience with Jet-Box.
Excellent service, very friendly and attentive staff.
A fantastic place and friendly people.
