My movers and I were provoked and verbally assaulted by the enraged site guard, who felt the van wasn't exactly in the space he considered (nothing is noted) to be the designated space for vans, according to him. Despite the fact that we moved the van a few centimeters at his discretion, he continued his aggression by threatening to deny us access to the space, even though we had a signed contract. This behavior is UNACCEPTABLE, both towards the client and the two movers who are doing an extremely difficult job. Then, after calming down relatively, the individual warned us about the electricity savings we must make for him and a host of other details as if we were four years old, warning us of possible sanctions for all sorts of details we had nothing to do with. In short, I highly recommend AB BOX in nearby Champagne: a larger selection of boxes, much simpler procedures and, above all, no aggression from anyone since all the procedures are done online, a great pleasure after the horrible experience with Jet-Box.
Excellent service, very friendly and attentive staff.
