Everything was handled with care: nothing was damaged, and the truck was filled in a single trip, much to our surprise.In addition to their professionalism, the movers were friendly and pleasant throughout the day, which really makes a difference during what is often a stressful time.If I were to move again, I would use them without hesitation. It's easy to write a review when things go wrong… but when everything is perfect, it's important to say so too.We moved yesterday morning with Lemort in Jemappes, and frankly: we have absolutely no complaints. Access was incredibly complicated from our first-floor apartment, we had to go through the window, and the logistics weren't straightforward… yet everything was handled calmly, efficiently, and professionally.Olivier and Abdel were exemplary from start to finish: punctual, careful, and organized. All our furniture arrived in perfect condition.Special mention goes to their organization: contacting the building management (with our approval), putting up the no-parking signs in advance, anticipating every detail… You can tell they have experience and are very professional.Honestly, when you compare it to the cost of renting a lift separately, plus a van, plus the stress of managing everything yourself, the difference isn't huge. And the added convenience is well worth the investment.Top-notch service. We highly recommend them.Thanks again!
