I wholeheartedly recommend Lock’o Chênée!We rented a storage unit for several months, and everything was always simple, clear, and efficient. The facilities are clean, secure, and easily accessible, which is very reassuring when storing your belongings. The customer service deserves special mention: always available, attentive, responsive, and very personable. We recently had an unexpected issue when closing our rental, and the team demonstrated great understanding and flexibility, which is quite rare these days and deserves to be highlighted. From booking to returning the unit, everything went smoothly and without any complications. A big thank you to Jimmy and the entire team for their professionalism, kindness, and availability.A 100% positive experience that I recommend without hesitation!Thank you again, and best of luck to the whole team. 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I rented this storage unit for 18 months, and everything stored there arrived undamaged (nothing like humidity or anything else). I retrieved everything in perfect condition. My questions were always answered promptly, whether by email or phone, and there was never any vagueness! They were always very precise.I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again if needed in the future.
