After moving, I rented a storage unit here for a short period. The service was professional, efficient, and clear. The storage units and space are very well-made. I was able to store my belongings here with complete confidence. Highly recommended.
Due to a move and a lack of space, we needed some breathing room. We found Ustore through a friend, and they were very helpful and explained everything clearly regarding access, billing, use of the lock and chip card, etc. We're now settled in and were able to empty our unit and cancel it without any problems. We'll definitely keep everything up-to-date in case we ever need more space again.
We would like to thank Ustore wholeheartedly for the smooth cooperation.Due to home renovations, we had to temporarily clear out a few rooms. We came across Ustore through word of mouth, and from then on, everything proceeded very quickly, correctly, and smoothly in a neat, pleasant environment. After a while, we needed a smaller space. One was available at that time, and the fact that this could also be arranged smoothly was a major plus for us.In the meantime, our spaces at home are available again: the termination of the lease also went without any problems. For us, it was a true relief to know that we had somewhere to store our belongings.We are therefore happy to contribute to the word-of-mouth recommendation to pass on this good tip to others.
