A truly successful experience. Perfect collaboration. The welcome and service exceeded our expectations. Everything was clearly explained when signing the contract. Clean, secure premises accessible 7 days a week. I recommend them 100%.
A very nice place to store your belongings, very friendly staff, it's a bit of a shame that after returning the keys, a month later the accounts and refund have still not been processed.
Je n'ai rien à redire sur le site de stockage, mais il n'en va pas de même pour l'administratif. Malgré un préavis d'un mois avec accusé de réception, on essaie de prélever le mois suivant. Puis on me réclame une indemnité de préavis. On m'a parlé d'une erreur... puis de mails "automatiques" du système.. on n'aurait pas vu que j'ai vidé le box depuis une semaine... Mais alors on rectifie on ne revient pas à la charge ! Pas très sérieux !
