The opening hours listed on Google are completely wrong! It says they're supposedly open 24/7, which is complete nonsense. Even the entrance to the warehouse says otherwise, not open at all on Sundays! How stupid do you have to be not to even declare your own company correctly?! Very poor service and misrepresentation.
Terrible customer service. I wanted to explain my issue over the phone, but I was told to send an email to customer service instead – even though I was already on the phone with them. This is completely incomprehensible to me. Never again!
Very unprofessional service, they offer everything online and make it easy, but as soon as a problem arises they show no goodwill. I booked the compartment for 2 months and forgot to cancel 14 days in advance. I did this on the last day and they immediately deducted another month's rent without me being able to use the compartment again. When you ask by phone they always just say to contact customer service by email but you don't get a response for a long time and when you do they just say they're still working on it!!!! Please be careful and look for another option. (P.S. when you buy a compartment you should put a lot in brackets underneath and write "cancel 14 days in advance") rather than always writing everything down in small, secretive places in the terms and conditions.
Relatively unsafe, dirty, and not cheap. Regarding customer support: either it's a case of failed integration, or you're disrespectfully made a fool of. You're supposed to enter a non-functional pickup code five times, then six more times, and the stammering, incomprehensible voice from the other line then tells you that it worked for other customers. "There's nothing we can do about it..." Perhaps Storebox should pay better and not let such staff loose on people. Good luck to everyone who wants to send or receive something here. There are dozens of better options. - In any case, I and my circle of friends will be avoiding this company in the future.
