The opening hours listed on Google are completely wrong! It says they're supposedly open 24/7, which is complete nonsense. Even the entrance to the warehouse says otherwise, not open at all on Sundays! How stupid do you have to be not to even declare your own company correctly?! Very poor service and misrepresentation.
Terrible customer service. I wanted to explain my issue over the phone, but I was told to send an email to customer service instead – even though I was already on the phone with them. This is completely incomprehensible to me. Never again!
Extremely unprofessional service. They offer everything online and make it easy, but show no goodwill when a problem arises. I booked a compartment for two months and forgot to cancel 14 days in advance. I did so on the last day, and they immediately deducted another month's rent without allowing me to use the compartment again. When you call, they always tell you to contact customer service by email, but you don't get a response for a long time, and when you do, it's just that they're still working on it! Please be careful and look for another option. (P.S. You should really put "cancel 14 days in advance" in parentheses when you book a compartment, instead of always burying everything in the fine print of the terms and conditions.)
Relatively unsafe, dirty, and not cheap – Regarding customer support: either it's a case of failed inclusion – or you're treated disrespectfully and made a fool of. You're supposed to enter a non-functional pickup code five times, then another six times, and the incomprehensible stammering from the other end of the line then claims that it worked for other customers. "There's nothing we can do about it now..." Perhaps Storebox should pay better wages and not unleash such staff on people. Good luck to anyone who wants to send or receive anything here. There are dozens of better options. I and my acquaintances will certainly avoid this company in the future.
