The staff was super welcoming and very kind. The place is amazing
I am 70 years old and have dealt with hundreds of companies in my lifetime. MyPlace is right at the top of my ratings list. I have used it four times, in Vienna and Innsbruck, and every time it has excelled in every respect: efficiency, clarity, competence, helpfulness, orderliness, location, cleanliness and much more. All of the staff members I have encountered have dealt with my needs with a remarkable blend of professionalism and friendliness. This includes one occasion when I had rented a box that was too small - no problem to move to a bigger one; and another occasion when I had to cancel my rental before it started - no problem to issue a refund. From the experiences I have had to date, I would not hesitate to recommend MyPlace to anyone. If I could give them six stars, I would.
