This pickup station should be avoided at all costs. It was broken, and when I called immediately, I was assured that the pickup deadline for my package would be extended and that I would be notified as soon as the pickup station was repaired. Today (a week later), I see that my package has been returned to the sender. Furthermore, I couldn't even try to pick up the package a second time because my entry code was already used the first time. Customer service isn't helping here either, as they supposedly aren't allowed to do that (although I was assured the exact opposite during the first phone call).
How am I supposed to pick up a package here?
Worst place in Vienna to pick up a package! No code or instructions on how to get in, extremely poor phone service in that you have to give your (incredibly long) delivery number to an AI and it only understands you on the fifth try – if you're lucky.Plus: filthy entrance area.
